Course Information and Terms and Conditions
1. Course Schedule is subject to bookings; bookings are only confirmed upon the completion and submission of the Course Registration Form.
2. Venue is either at Dimension Data Learning or Centurion, subject to course confirmations received, or at both venues, depending on the demand.
3. The course is sold as a whole and there will be no refunds. In cases of an emergency where lessons are missed, it is up to the delegate to arrange any make up lessons with the respective instructor and notify the Institute Director of such arrangements.
4. Where there is more than one person registering for a course, a 10% discount per person attending will be applicable.
5. If there is a minimum of 5 attendees within an organization who are interested in attending a course, an onsite course can be presented to that organization, during office hours, at dates and times most convenient to the organization, subject to instructor availability.
Payment Terms
1. Payment is due at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the course, or at commencement of lesson 1 of the course.
2. For your convenience, other payment options are available upon written agreement between the attendee and PF Training Solutions.
3. If the company is responsible for payment, the delegate needs to notify PF Training Solutions with relevant invoicing details as well as contact person for payment.
4. Payment terms is strictly within 7 days of date of invoice, thereafter a 10% penalty fee on outstanding amount will be levied, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
